As of this January we have done over 300 Serotta size-cycle fittings!
If
you want to make the most of your cycling time then you owe to yourself to spend
the time to get set-up right. A few years ago I went to the Serotta factory in
Saratoga Springs, NY and spent thirty two hours training with
Michael Sylvester, of Bicycle Fittings (503-233-4284)
in Portland, Oregon and Bill Peterson (of the Peterson
Powerbeds insoles fame). We went
through all aspects of bicycle fitting and adjustment in order to
have YOU be the healthiest and most comfortable darn bike riders in
the country. In February 2006 I also completed the Body Geometry Fit
course taught by Dr. Andy Pruitt, director of the Boulder Center for
Sports Medicine, with special attention paid to the use of insoles
and wedge systems in order to improve hip, knee, and foot alignment
We have been busier than ever doing fittings, both body and
cleat. Cleat fittings cost $35 and body fittings $100. Please call
for information or an appointment. We prefer to do the fittings
during evening hours to minimize interruptions but can accommodate
